Here is a nice advertising brochure from the long-closed Concordia Hotel at the corner of Prince Street and S. Royal Street in Alexandria, Virginia. The exact address is 204 S. Royal St.

Note the streetcar in the illustration on the right (when rotated 90°). I have included a [Google Maps view](https://www.google.com/maps/uv?pb=!1s0x89b7b1b4694b5589%3A0x67675a3b369c5589!3m1!7e115!4s%2Fmaps%2Fplace%2FConcordia%2Bhotel%2BAlexandria%2BVirginia%2F%4038.8033483%2C-77.0439204%2C3a%2C75y%2C104.65h%2C90t%2Fdata%3D*213m4*211e1*213m2*211s-BagfmTYcqWO4TrqALWtjQ*212e0*214m2*213m1*211s0x89b7b1b4694b5589%3A0x67675a3b369c5589%3Fsa%3DX!5sConcordia%20hotel%20Alexandria%20Virginia%20-%20Google%20Search!15sCgIgAQ&imagekey=!1e2!2s-BagfmTYcqWO4TrqALWtjQ&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiVn7Lp8-7tAhWOzVkKHf2PBYcQpx8wCnoECBYQCA) of the same corner today.

The second floor is today [a venue and Airbnb](https://www.unionsquarealexandria.net/). Spot any other details or know some history? Please post it in the comments.
